BJP National President Nitin Nabin, along with party’s Delhi unit chief Virendra Sachdeva and CM Rekha Gupta, on Tuesday offered prayers at the revered Maa Kali Bari Temple in C R Park, expressing gratitude for the party’s poll win in Bengal, Assam, and Puducherry.
After the prayers, the leaders congratulated the people of all five states that went to polls while expressing special gratitude to the people of Bengal, Assam, and Puducherry.
Nitin Nabin said the victory achieved on the sacred land of Maa Kali and Maa Kamakhya is a blessing, and that the party leaders had come to bow their heads before the revered Goddess.
In his prayers to Goddess Maa Kali, Maa Kamakhya, and Maa Durga, the BJP chief sought blessings for everyone, saying under the leadership of national leader Prime Minister Narendra Modi, work be done for the development of West Bengal Assam, and the entire nation.
He further said that PM Modi, as the “Pradhan Sewak”, is continuously working for the development of the nation, while he is also preserving its heritage. If anyone can truly nurture and enrich the heritage and culture of West Bengal, it is PM Modi, he averred.
New Delhi MP Bansuri Swaraj, BJP National Media Co-Head Sanjay Mayukh, MLA Shikha Roy, and the state unit media head of the party Praveen Shankar Kapoor, were also present on the occasion along with many party workers.
