The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has raised serious allegations against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), claiming that several of its leaders cast votes in both the Delhi and Bihar Assembly elections, thereby violating election norms.

AAP Delhi President Saurabh Bharadwaj presented what he described as evidence on social media, alleging that BJP MP Rakesh Sinha, Delhi Purvanchal Morcha President Santosh Ojha, and party worker Nagendra Kumar voted in Delhi on February 5, 2025, and again in Bihar on November 6, 2025. He questioned how these individuals were able to vote in two different states despite the Election Commission’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar, which was intended to prevent duplicate voting.

Saurabh Bharadwaj referenced social media posts from the accused leaders. He showed a post from Santosh Ojha’s verified Instagram account from November 6, indicating he voted in Buxar, Bihar, alongside a February 5 post where Ojha claimed to have voted in Delhi. Similar claims were made regarding Rakesh Sinha and Nagendra Kumar.

The AAP leader expressed concern over the integrity of the electoral process, asking how many individuals might have voted in multiple states. He urged the public to raise their voices through democratic and constitutional means to address what he termed “vote theft.”

Echoing these allegations, AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh stated that the SIR in Bihar had been exposed and accused BJP supporters of having what he sarcastically called an “All India Permit” to vote in multiple states.
