Notice is hereby given that one of my client intend to develop on joint venture basis of all that piece and parcel of Sali land admeasuring an area of 4 cottahs 2 chittaks 22.5 sq.ft. more or less lying and situated at Mouza: Mathkal, J.L. No. 15, Re Sa No. 171, Touzi No. 172/173, comprised in C.S. / R.S. Dag No. 1309 under C.S. Khatian No. 562 ka, kha. corresponding to R.S. Khatian No. 563, being Municipal Holding No. 270, Surya Sen Pally, Police Station: Dum Dum, Kolkata-700065 in the District of North 24-Parganas with the existing present owner thereof.
Any person / persons having any right, title, claim or demand over the aforesaid land or any part thereof should be intimate his / her / their claim in respect thereof in writing to the undersigned along with supporting documents within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice. If no such claim is received by me within the said period my client shall proceed to complete the said joint venture presuming that there is no such claim of dispute of any nature regarding the said land, subsequently any claim or demand will be waived and / or abandoned for it.
