World Food India 2017, New Delhi

The event, organised by the Food Processing Industries Ministry and CII, will be held on November 3-5 at Vigyan Bhawan. The three-day gala event will include sessions and exhibitions from different states. Visitors to the event can savour different cuisines of diverse India at the Food Street.

NASVI-National Street Food Festival, New Delhi

This delightful festival will be held on December 23-25 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. During this three-day event, you can relish exotic and popular street food and delicacies from different parts of India. It is organised by the National Association of Street Vendors of India.

Mei-Ramew Festival, Meghalaya

MeiRamew celebrates indigenous food of the people in Northeast India. Organised by the Northeast Slow Food and Agrobiodiversity Society (Nesfas) and the Meghalaya government, the festival is held every December in Meghalaya state. The festival, which was started in 2010,  takes place at the sacred groves at Mawphlang. Visitors to the festival can witness the unique culture of the region in the lap of natural beauty.

Great Indian Food Festival, New Delhi

This popular food festival in Delhi is held every January at Dilli Haat. The festival with nearly 80 food stalls serves up food and delicacies from all the states in the country amid a beautiful ethnic open ambience.

Old Delhi Food Festival

This food festival which offers most exotic cuisines and flavours of Old Delhi will be held on November 25-26 at Ansal Plaza.

Kachai Lemon Festival, Ukhrul, Manipur

The Kachai festival is held every January to encourage lemon growers in the region. Some of the best lemons in the states are produced from Kachai village. Set in scenic landscape of beautiful Ukhrul, the festival provides an awe-inspiring travel experience.

Delhi Food Truck Festival

India’s biggest truck food festival with truck loads of Indian food will be held at the grand Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, South Delhi, on November 11-12. A new concept in the city, it is a fun-filled festival for foodies in the capital. The festival will begin at 2 pm.

Orange Festival Tamenglong  in Manipur

The only Orange Festival in India, Manipur’s Orange Festival is held in Tamenglong every December. It gives the visitors a unique exposure to Manipur’s juiciest oranges and orange growers. The event also includes ethnic food and craft exhibition, traditional and cultural sports, dance and music. Also, beauty pageants and fashion shows that showcases different traditional wears of the many tribes in the state make a major part of the event.
