Huawei Consumer Business Group, India has announced the EMUI 9.0 for India. The upcoming EMUI 9.0 on Huawei devices will feature key contributions from the Huawei India R&D team, allowing for several localised capabilities. Supported by an intuitive interface, rich features, and several new capabilities, the EMUI 9.0 will soon roll out across various Huawei devices.
EMUI 9.0 is Huawei’s take on the Android P OS and comes with many improvements both in the interface as well as under the hood.
Huawei EMUI is the user interface that Huawei uses on most Huawei Smartphone devices and its subsidiaries the Honor series, based on Android.
Huawei has focussed on localisation to introduce India-specific features such as language support (now increased to 28 languages), design of local calendar as per the Indian market amongst other market specific assimilations.
