Tata take reins of Air India
The deal to transfer the ownership of Air India was signed in October last year when Tata group offered the highest bid to purchase India’s national carrier for Rs 18,000 crore. As per the agreement Tata Group would pay Rs 2,700 crore cash and take over Rs 15,300 crore debt of the air carrier.

The IIT-Bombay and TATA Projects have tied up with University of Minnesota as it is a patent-protected innovation, he added.
