BJD dubs Modi government anti-SC/ST, stalls assembly

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has written to Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment JC Gehlot objecting to changing the funding pattern of post-Matric scholarship for ST/SC students putting 80% of the burden on the state.
