Parliament adjourns for third day without transacting listed agenda

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar first adjourned the two Houses till after lunch. But the Opposition did not relent and forced adjournment of Parliament for the day.
