Delhi police on January 14, had filed a 1,200-page chargesheet against Kanhaiya Kumar and other students for allegedly holding an "anti-national" event at JNU in Delhi in February 2016.
The court's direction came after the Investigating Officer (I/O) in the case told the court that he did not have any information regarding the grant of sanctions in the case.
Almost three years after the alleged slogans were raised in Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), the Delhi Police on Monday filed a 1200-page chargesheet under various sections in connection with the 2016 incident.
