Abdullah said that the train launch will help boost tourism and congratulated PM Modi and Railways.
He said the NC is in talks with the Congress for an arrangement in three of the six Lok Sabha seats in Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh.
Abdullah, who was among the leading architects of the INDIA bloc, is the third regional party chief to walk out of the alliance.
It is linked to alleged financial fraud in JKCA.
