If nothing changes, Heard will close out the last day of witness testimony in the six-week-long trial that started on April 11.

A bench headed by chief justice N.V. Ramana and comprising justices Surya Kant and Justice Aniruddha Bose issued notice on the plea filed by Purie challenging the Delhi High Court order refusing to quash the defamation case against him, and also issued an interim order of stay. "Notice and interim stay", said the bench.
The court has fixed December 18 as the next date of hearing and asked the leaders to appear before it on the aforesaid date.

The AAP leaders have to furnish a bail bond of Rs 10,000 each. The court posted the matter for further hearing on July 25.
Third FIR was lodged on Wednesday against these leaders and 17 directors of Anmol India for cheating.
The investigation in the case has been handed over to the Crime Branch's Surveillance Cell.
