India’s forgotten middle-order batsman Suresh Raina was seen giving exercise tips on Wednesday.

In a video, he told his fans about an exercise to increase the upper and lower body strength.

“Great way to improve upper and lower body strength! #getfit #WorkoutWednesdays,” the 30-year-old from Ghaziabad tweeted.

Raina has recently switched his focus on fitness, watching the trend set by Indian captain Virat Kohli.

Incidentally, the southpaw batsman was missed out of squad when he was expected to join ahead of the five-match ODI series against Sri Lanka.

Raina, along with Yuvraj Singh, had missed to make a cut in squad after they failed to clear the ‘Yo-Yo’ test that determines the speed and endurance level of a player.

Raina is currently leading the India Blue team in the ongoing Duleep Trophy, in which their opening match against Dinesh Karthik-led India Red ended in a draw.
