Tennis veteran Margaret Court, who claimed 21 career titles and 19 Grand Slam doubles titles, shocked the world on Wednesday when she made a remark on LGBT.
The 74-year-old used spiritual references to put her ideology and claimed that the transgender people are under the influence of devils.

During a program at 20Twenty Vision Christian Radio, the former World No.1 was quoted as saying: “Transgender children were the byproduct of bullying and parents who don’t care.”
“God’s got so much in there about the mind how it affects us, affects our emotions, our feelings, you can think ‘oh I’m a boy’ and it’ll affect your emotions and feelings, and everything else and so that’s all the Devil," she added.
In a TV interview, Court continued her ill feeling for the LGBT community, taking a dig at her own sport.
"Tennis is full of lesbians," she says.
“I mean, tennis is full of lesbians because even when I was playing there was only a couple there but those couple took young ones into parties and things. And because they liked to be around heroes and what you get at the top is often what you will get right through that sport,” Court added.
