Two Premier League giants Manchester United and Chelsea have both started off their season not as positively as they would have liked. Both of them find themselves in a bit of trouble as they have both managed to get just eight points after six matches. However, when there is hardly anything to differentiate between the two or clearly state that which is better than the other, former Manchester United great Paul Ince has stated that he would prefer watching Chelsea this season.

The ex-Manchester United player Ince has argued that Chelsea have at least been given some direction by their manager Frank Lampard and seem to have a plan moving forward but Manchester United under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer seem to be going nowhere with their campaign and seem clueless at the moment.

“I think of Ole in the same way as I do Frank Lampard. Two young managers, lacking experience, thrown into two massive clubs,” Ince was quoted as saying via FourFourTwo.

“But if you gave me the choice of who I’d rather be watching this season, it’d be Chelsea all day long – and that hurts me as a former United captain.

“At least when I look at Chelsea, I see what they’re trying to do, the way they play, their identity – they’re pressing high, getting tight and creating chances. They can only get better.

“Can anybody tell me what United are trying to do? Because I have no idea. They’re so reliant on the young lad Daniel James – who is brilliant, but was in the Championship with Swansea last season – it’s crazy,” he concluded.

Chelsea will be up against Brighton and Manchester United will play Arsenal in the forthcoming weekend.
