Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar knows much about the fast and bouncy pitches of South Africa and Australia, as he himself has faced some the world’s best bowlers on overseas tours. The Master Blaster has offered some tips to the Indian players to face South African in their backyard for the second and third Test matches.
“Batsmen should concentrate in the first 25 overs and look to accelerate after 50; bowlers should bowl in the right areas, and more importantly, remain positive as a team,” Sachin Tendulkar said.
Sachin also said that the Proteas team would be high on confidence with their win over visitors in the opening Test match.

“While I don’t think the team is mentally down after the Cape Town defeat, South Africa will have their tails up. This is going to be a huge test for the team management. What India do outside the field will be as important as on it,” he told Hindustan Times.
