Recent reports reveal that Manchester United legend David Beckham is ready to begin his career as a professional football agent. Multiple sources have claimed that Beckham in fact wants Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) superstar Kylian Mbappe as his first client.

According to a report carried by The Sun, Beckham has recently set up his own company called “Footwork Management Limited”. The aim of this company reportedly is to represent the world’s best footballing talents.

A separate report carried by Daily Mail has claimed that Mbappe is Beckham’s first target as his client. The report further adds that the PSG superstar Mbappe and former Manchester United player Beckham have already met a few times to discuss the same.

Meanwhile, PSG are reluctant to let Kylian Mbappe go, amid interest from Real Madrid and Manchester City. The 20-year-old French International player came into the spotlight within a short span of three years- as he initially helped former team AS Monaco win the Ligue 1 title in 2016-17. He was impressing with the PSG team the following season and went on to be part of the FIFA 2018 World Cup-winning France team.

On the other hand, David Beckham returned to Manchester United to play a one-off game to celebrate 20 years of the club’ 1999 Champions Trophy win. It has also been reported that Beckham is working hard to get his team Inter Miami to make its debut in Major League Soccer (MLS) next season.
