Champions League 2019-20 Update: PSG, Bayern Munich, Manchester City register wins

Riding on a brace from Angel Di Maria in the 14th and 33rd minute, Paris Saint-Germain outplayed Real Madrid 3-0 at the Le Parc des Princes Stadium in Paris on Thursday. Thomas Meunier scored the final goal for the hosts in the waning moments of the game.

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich defeated Crvena zvezda 3-0 at the Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany.

The German record-holding champions Bayern assumed control from the starting whistle while the visitors kept all their men behind the ball to make the hosts’ life difficult.

Kingsley Coman drew the first blood for the hosts in the 34th minute. He took a diving header from five meters on a cross from Ivan Perisic to net the ball. Robert Lewandowski in the 80th minute scored the second goal for Munich, whereas Thomas Muller in the 90+1st minute scored the third goal.

Meanwhile, Manchester City defeated Shakhtar Donetsk 3-0 at the Oblasny Metalist Stadium in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

Riyad Mahrez scored the opener for the visitors in the 24th minute. Within 14 minutes of the goal, Ilkay Gundogan scored another, whereas the third and final goal for City was scored by Gabriel Jesus in the 76th minute.

Apart from this, Juventus played 2-2 draw with Atletico Madrid.

On Wednesday, Tottenham played 2-2 draw with Olympiacos.
