The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the schedule for India’s senior men’s international home season for 2026–27, featuring a packed calendar with four visiting teams, West Indies, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, and Australia, across formats.
India are set to play 22 international matches across 17 cities, offering fans nationwide the chance to witness top-tier cricket.
One of the key highlights is the return of international cricket to M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, which will host matches for the first time since October 2024. The venue had remained out of action following a stampede during Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s maiden title celebrations in June 2024, which resulted in 11 fatalities. The Karnataka State Cricket Association has since received clearance to resume hosting matches.
