Trailing the five-match ODI-series by 2-0, struggling Australian cricket team will look to bounce back in the third ODI, scheduled to start at 1:30 pm at the Holkar Stadium, Indore on Sunday.

Foreseeing the biggest treat – Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav, Australian vice-captain David Warner said his team has a full-proof plan against the Indian spinners.

“I find that the players can read the spinners. And that it’s the odd one or two that when they can’t see the seam, then the players react off the wicket and that’s probably the odd one here or there,” Warner told reporters on the eve of the third Test.

Chahal and Kuldeep have been unbeatable in the ongoing series as they have claimed five each in last two ODI matches. Adding to that, Kanpur boy Kuldeep took a hat-trick in Kolkata, while Haryana-hailed Chahal chipped in with two wickets.

At Edens, Australia were bowled out for 202 runs while chasing a small target of 253 runs, losing the second consecutive game by 50 runs. All-rounder Marcus Stoinis (62*) and skipper Steve Smith (59) were the only men with decent knocks in the end.

“At the end of the day, you have to have a game plan against spin — whether or not to hit down the ground or sweep the ball. But when you’re losing wickets in clumps, you become tentative. So you have to apply that pressure (early),” Warner added.

Warner firmly believes that a brisk start will ensure Australia’s victory in Indore.

The opening pair of Warner and Hilton Cartwright have not been much impressive so far as they have managed to make 26 and 2 runs respectively in the series.

“If you get off to a good start and the spinners come on, it’s a different game then. It’s about the tempo of the game, and the situation of the game and I feel if we were in a different position, you’ll see a different mode against the spinners,” he added.
