Asia Cup 2018 | Pakistan vs Afghanistan: Here is what Sarfraz Ahmed said after losing the toss

Afghanistan cricket team skipper Asghar Afghan invited Sarfraz Ahmed -led Pakistan cricket team to bowl first after winning the toss in the second match of Super Four in Asia Cup 2018 on Friday. The match is being played at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi.

Asghar Afghan, Afghanistan captain: “I would like to bat first. Today we have one change, Najibullah Zadran comes in for Shenwari. The guys were tired yesterday but we want to play cricket and tiredness doesn’t matter. We want to play good and positive cricket.”

Sarfraz Ahmed, Pakistan skipper: “We wanted to bat first but it’s not in our hand. We got three changes. Shadab is not fit so Nawaz is back. Amir is not playing and Shaheen Afridi makes his debut while Haris Sohail comes in for Faheem Ashraf. We have to play a different type of game, we got to play positive cricket against them. We have made couple of plans against them and hopefully we’ll execute.”
