West Bengal and Odisha were struck by a deadly super-cyclone on 20 May. The cyclone caused significant loss of life and massive destruction of property. While lives are limping back to normal, the reconstruction of the states, especially West Bengal, will involve considerable cost. This is a time for people to come forward with their assistance, to aid relief and rehabilitation work.
