If you are anxious or worried that the festival is coinciding with your menstrual cycle, worry not! The simple and effective solution is to use a tampon and get lost in the fun.

Waterproof sunscreen

If you are worried about sunburns and suntan patches, then get yourself a sunscreen with a minimum of 30 SPF. Apply it generously. If you feel the need, reapply after every 2 hours.

Organic coconut oil

Organic coconut oil works as a shield for your skin. Massage it in layers on the parts of the body that would not be covered by clothing an hour before you go out to play Holi.

Sunglasses

It is very important to protect your eyes from the colour and water which contains chemicals when playing Holi. So, use a sunglass that will cover your eyes to the maximum.

Phone case

While playing Holi, your phone is bound to be exposed to colour and water, so put your prized gadget in a waterproof airtight phone case and leave the worries behind.

Wear cotton clothes

Wear breathable and comfortable clothes that are made of cotton. Avoid tight, synthetic clothes to prevent rashes. White or any bright colour is a plus.
