The best way to store drinking water is to keep it in a copper vessel to make it best health-friendly. Keep a copper pitcher full of drinking water aside overnight. Heat this water in the same container after waking up in the morning and drink it warm as much glasses as you can, say four to five glasses empty stomach. You can add lemon juice and honey to make it tastier.

This water clears the mucus of the body which is the root cause of many diseases. It purifies the blood and helps to get rid of pimples and acne. If you are suffering from constipation, you can add 1/4  teaspoon of salt in one glass of hot water and can drink four to five glasses of such water to get your stomach clear. It will make your bones healthier too. You can also have a few sips of this water while having your meals. It will help in digestion.
