Breathe easy with the addition of these tasty patties to your diet. Layer them over mixed salad greens and drizzle with dressing for a quick tempting appetizer with a glass of wine. The easy yum patties are crispy outside and tender, moist, flavourful inside.
Add corn flour and mix well. You may add some more cornflour if you find the consistency of the paste thin to bind and make round patties.
Make small balls out of this dough and press them to give round flat shape like cutlets.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the patties.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup, salad, and mayonnaise.
You can place the patty in between two bread slices or in a burger bun with some lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mustard. Adding some cheese and vegan mayo would enhance the taste miraculously.
Have them for lunch or dinner with a side salad and fries or just on their own, simply wow!
