Ingredients for White Sauce Pasta

Pasta                                  500 grams

Maida                                2 Tbsp

Butter                                2 Tbsp

Milk                                   1 glass

Garlic                                 3 tsp

Onion                                2 medium (diced)

Red bell pepper              1 (sliced)

Yellow bell pepper         1 (sliced)

Baby corns                       5 (sliced)

Broccoli                            1 (chopped in florets)

Mushrooms                     10 (sliced)

Carrot                               1 medium (sliced)

Salt                                    to taste

White pepper powder   1 tsp

Oregano                           2 tsp

Red chilli flakes               1 tsp

Cheese cubes                  6

Olive oil                             2 Tbsp

How to make white sauce

Heat the butter in a pan. Add one teaspoon of garlic paste and saute till cooked.

Add maida and saute till golden brown.

Add milk, give a boil and simmer for few minutes.

Turn off the flame. Blend white sauce with a handy mixer to give it a smooth texture.

How to make pasta

Boil pasta, adding little olive oil. Drain the water and wash pasta in running cold water. Coat it with one table spoon of oil and keep aside.

Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a big pan.

Saute two teaspoon of garlic paste till cooked.

Add onions and saute for two minutes.

Add all vegetables and cook for five minutes.

Add salt and boiled pasta and cook for five minutes, stirring it frequently.

Add white sauce. Mix all ingredients well on low flame for five more minutes.

Turn off the flame. Add immediately white pepper powder, grated cheese, red chilli flakes and oregano. Give a good stir.

Serve hot: White sauce pasta can be served as a fulfilling and more delicious meal with garlic bread.
