The restaurant has an expansive menu that boasts of a selection of amazing dishes. The choice for kababs is in abundance and each tastes better than the other.
Chef Rajendra Bisnoi and his team prepare the delicious kababs. The kababs taste even better with any of the four kinds of sauces — mint, curd and peanut, tomato garlic and tamarind – served with the dish.
A selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian are for starters.
The vegetarian dishes include, Subz Galauti, Peshawari Paneer Tikka, Tawa Mushroom, Lobhiya Dal Ki Shammi, Kaju Matar Ki Seekh and Ananas Ki Chatpati Chaat.
The non-veg list is led by Galouti Kabab – the signature dish that simply melts in the mouth. Salina Macchi Fry, Gosht Chapli Kabab and Doodhiya Murg Tikka are the others who make the list look mouth-watering. The juicy and soft minced meat in Murg Tikka serves as cherry-on-the-top in this platter.
The Great Kabab Factory not only satiates the appetite of the food lover but also tantalises their sweet tooth by offering a palate of delectable desserts like Phirni, Moong Dal Halwa, Gulab Jamun, Rose flavor Stick Kulfi and their signature dish, Paan ice cream.
