Gala celebrations are on the anvil with music and sumptuous platters at the Taj Bengal today and tomorrow.

31 December: The experience would include Sparkling Wine, special cocktails, Chandon Brut and many more to welcome the New Year. Some of the star dishes are the marinated duck breast; corn crusted crispy seafood, roast butterball turkey, pastas and pizzas, Lagan ka murgh chaap, mince grain pie, walnut cocoa flan, ginger honey basil pudding, blueberry linzer and many more.

Cost: Rs 3,000 plus taxes (Sparkling Wine) and Rs 4,000 plus taxes (Moet Chandon)

Time: 7.30pm to 11:30pm

1 January: New Year Brunch with gala buffet spread comprising Lemon and herbs marinated prawn with garlic aloli; cognac infused chicken liver with fresh berry relish, Sweet pepper polenta ratatouille parsley cream sauce, slow roasted duck with poached apple and melon, Gosht pyaz ki seekh, wine poach fig and orange peach log among several others.

Welcome the New Year in a Middle Eastern way with a themed buffet dinner complete with an elaborate buffet spread bringing the best of Iranian, Greek, Moroccan, Lebanese, Turkish and Egyptian cuisine. The highlighted dishes of the evening will be Signature Baclava and Shawarma.
