Casual dining restaurant chain Barbeque Nation is introducing Kulfi Nation, a section offering over 800 flavours of kulfi, within its outlets in Delhi-NCR region.
Customers visiting the restaurant are sure in for a tasty treat with an incredible range of flavours and toppings.
While Kulfi Nation will keep staple flavours like kesar pista and malai, visitors will also have on offer unconventional options like paan and fig. These can be glazed decadently with thick dip sauces of Caramel, white and dark chocolate and teamed with sprinkles of choco chips, praline, silver balls and dry fruits.
The kulfis can be generously topped with rabdi, gulkand, falooda, fig compote and strawberry compote. The flavorings feature nutmeg, cardamom and cinnamon powder. Other toppings include crushes such as roohafza, honey, mango and kiwi.
“We have made an effort to preserve the original taste of kulfi and simultaneously innovate with contemporary toppings, syrups and crushes,” said Chef Vijay Bakshi, Head – Culinary Operations, Barbeque Nation.
Some mouth-watering ‘DIY’ (do-it-yourself) combinations include paan kulfi with gulkand and cardamom powder or fig kulfi with caramel and praline toppings teamed with nutmeg powder. Sweet lovers can gorge on all the kulfi they like at no additional cost with plentiful options of dip sauces, toppings, sprinkles, flavourings and crushes.
