Oil at least once a week if you can’t oil every time before shampooing.

Always apply lukewarm oil in your hair from root to tip.

Make partitions while oiling. Gently massage your scalp with your finger tips or cotton ball in the parting so that each part of your head is well oiled.

Don’t pour oil directly on your head and massage with your palm. It may weaken your hair and damage them. A gentle massage is sufficient to improve blood circulation and relax your mind.

After massage, dip a towel in hot water and wrap it around your head covering all your hair for 15 to 20 minutes. Make sure that the towel should not be too hot as it may harm your hair shaft.

Don’t apply too much oil. Take adequate quantity according to the length of your hair and the need off your scalp. Each part of your scalp should get nourished with little oil.
