Celebrities have always had a great influence on their fans. Famous singers, actors, and sport stars are idolised; they represent an ideal of perfection, glamour and beauty. Millions look up to them and try to emulate their beauty regimen by buying the same cosmetics products, by copying the way they dress, and so on. Celebrities do set up beauty and fashion trends.They go to great extent to maintain their looks, as their fans expect them to always look flawless at all times and to project an image of youth.

There is  constant social pressure on everyone to look their best all the time. However, this pressure is especially higher among  celebrities due to the paparazzi . To maintain their ‘public image’, celebrities have to look gorgeous whenever they step out. We also live in a society that values physical appearance, and nowadays, need to put as much effort as we can to look our best.

Exercising and having a healthy lifestyle is certainly helpful in maintaining youthful looks. But, even with the most balanced diet and regular exercising habits, one cannot fight the ageing process. Cosmetic products do help in covering up the signs of time but this remains superficial and not enough to champion a young and flawless skin. Many medical techniques are now available to improve one’s physical appearance and halt or reverse the visible signs of ageing.

Rhinoplasty

Also known as nose job, rhinoplasty is not only done to reconstruct or to change the shape of the nose but also to improve its functions.

Lip augmentation

Hair transplant

It is cosmetic procedure that removes fat that can’t be gotten rid of through diet and exercise. It consists in a suction technique to remove fat from specific areas of the body, such as the abdomen, hips, buttocks, thighs, neck or arms.

Abdominoplasty

Also known as tummy tuck, abdominoplasty flattens the abdomen by removing extra fat and skin, and tightening muscles of the abdominal wall.
