A 22-year-old woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by a man, while his three companions held the woman’s husband and borther-in-law at gunpoint in Gurugram (Haryana).
The alleged incident occurred at Sector 56 in Gurugram on late Sunday night, when the trio were returning home after attending an event.
The trio’s car was stationary near Business Park Tower in Sector 56, while the woman’s husband stepped out of the vehicle to use the toilet. The four assailants in two cars stopped near the woman’s car, while asking why the car has been stopped at the spot began to attack the husband, according to media reports.

The men then dragged the complainant out of the car. Three of them held her husband and brother-in-law at gunpoint while the fourth one raped her, Gurugram Assistant Commissioner of Police Manish Sehgal to media.
“The accused were arrested from their residences in Johalka village near Sohna in Gurgaon and a case has been registered against them,” Sehgal added.
As per media reports, before escaping the location the men warned the trio of consequence if they approached the police. However, the husband was able to note down the vehicle registration number of one of the vehicles.
