On September 2, 2025, the Supreme Court of India gave a big relief to motivational speaker and business coach Vivek Bindra and his company, Bada Business Private Limited.
For the past few years, Bindra and his company were facing several complaints in different parts of the country. Many people had accused him of making false promises of high income through his business projects.
Questions were also raised about his popular courses, such as the “10 Day MBA,” with critics saying that the programmes looked like money-making chains.
The matter was investigated by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW), which later gave a clean chit to Bindra and his company. Courts in Delhi, along with state courts in Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Bihar, also dismissed the FIRs filed against him.
