Yet another incident of gang rape has sent no less shock wave in Bhubneswar, raising serious doubts over the tight security arrangement, in view of the ongoing Men’s Hockey World Cup Tournament in the capital city.
The shocking incident took place in Bhubneswar on Monday night, where the miscreants gang raped 2 minor girls after tying the victims with ropes near an over bridge of a railway station under the jurisdiction of the Infocity Police Station.

According to police, the miscreants forcibly took away the victims near an over bridge, when they were walking near the Patia Railway Station. Then they were tied with ropes and gang raped.
The police received the report from the Child Line activists and rescued them. Both the girls reached their homes only on Tuesday morning and disclosed the incident before the family members. A case has been registered in the nearest police station.
