TNGDCL recruitment: The Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited has released an official notification inviting applications for 5,000 Gangman (trainee) posts. The online applications have begun and will conclude on April 22. Interested candidates should apply online on the official posts by April 22 at-www.tangedco.gov.in
Dates to remember:
• Last date for online applications: April 22, 2019

• Date and time of Physical test: Will be notified later
• Date and time of written examination: Will be notified later
Age limit:
• Interested candidates should be between the age limit of 18 to 35 years.
• However, reserved category candidates will get age relaxation according to government norms.
Academic qualification:
• Interested candidates should have studied up to the fifth standard.
• The candidates should possess adequate knowledge of Tamil on the date of this Notification.
Selection Procedure:
• The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Physical Test, Written examination and certificate verification.
• The examination will be objective based and will have two parts-Part I and Part II.
Examination fee:
• General/OBC category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000.
• SC/SCA/ST/ Destitute widow and Differently abled persons will have to pay application fee of Rs 500.
