SSC recruitment 2018: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will fill over 1000 vacant posts in different central government departments.
The SSC has advertised 130 categories of various Group B (Non-Gazetted)/Group C posts having 1,136 vacancies in different departments or organisations.

Candidates should note that the recruitment for these vacancies falls under the different regional offices of the Staff Selection Commission.
• The northern region of the Commission has 299 vacancies of 36 categories of posts.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The applicants should note that they can apply for different posts in different regions.
“Selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of written exam to be conducted as a computer-based exam,” the ministry said in a recent PTI report.
SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018:
The candidates should note that the last date for the online registration process for SSC GD Constable in CAPF, NIA, SSF and Rifleman has been extended.
Candidates can now apply till September 30, 2018 on the official website of SSC.
