The presence of Shaurya Doval, son of national security advisor Ajit Doval, at a BJP state body working committee meeting recently in Uttarakhand has created lot of curiosity. The director of India Foundation was in Haldwani to attend the meeting as a common BJP worker last week.
Not many recognized Shaurya Doval in the meet. He attended the BJP gathering in low profile. The presence of Shaurya came to light when BJP leader shared his photograph on social media. This is the second visit of junior Doval in Uttarakhand, in the recent months. First time he had come in the hills state last month to participate in ‘Raibar.’
As Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, state BJP president Ajay Bhatt and other cabinet ministers participated in the one-day meeting, the entire media attention was on them only.

The social media photograph of Shaurya Doval with BJP leader Ajendra Ajay has created some insecurity among party workers eyeing Lok Sabha ticket from Pauri. Though it is early days to make any assessment of Dobhal’s interest in politics, but the Indian Foundation head has become active in his state these days.
National Security Advisor Ajit Doval hails from Ghidi village in district Pauri. Ajit Doval visited his native village for participating in a religious function way back in June 2015.
