Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday addressed the plenary session of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit at Tianjin, China, highlighting the issue of terrorism with the Pakistani PM in attendance. PM Modi later also held a bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines.
