Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday reached Pushkar town in Ajmer district of Rajasthan on a brief private visit.
The Defence Minister’s special plane landed at the Kishangarh Airport around 01:20 pm. Union Minister of State(MoS) for Agriculture Bhagirath Chaudhary, Rajasthan Minister for Water Resources, Suresh Singh Rawat, and several leaders of the ruling BJP accorded a warm welcome to Singh at the airport.
Soon after the arrival, the Defence Minister proceeded further to Pushkar by road, where he attended a wedding ceremony. Staying at the function for almost an hour, he returned to Kishangarh airport to fly to Lucknow, his Parliamentary constituency.
