RSMSSB Recruitment Exam 2018: The Rajasthan SSB, or Staff Selection Board, has postponed the Agricultural Supervisor Direct Recruitment-2018 exam which was scheduled to be held on Sunday in Jaipur and Kota due to “unavoidable circumstances.”

The Supervisor (Angandwadi worker) recruitment exam, which was scheduled to be held in Ajmer has also been postponed.

This was informed on Saturday, as the agitation started by the Gujjar community on Friday, demanding five per cent reservation in state jobs and educational institutions entered its second day. The Gujjar Sangharsh Samiti (GSS) had called a Mahapanchayat on Friday.

The agitating members of the Gujjar community also blocked the railway tracks on the Delhi-Mumbai rail route in Rajasthan.

Five trains have been cancelled and one diverted in the Kota division of West Central Railway zone due to the ongoing reservation movement by the Gujjar community.

A total of 25 trains were either partially cancelled or their routes were diverted. Agra Fort train has been cancelled, Mathura-Sawai Madhupur passenger train, Shatabdi Express and Ratlam Mathura Memu have been partially cancelled.

The RSSB also announce the new exam dates soon.

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board is to select candidates based on a written exam — to assess knowledge and technical expertise in the subject — as well as a typing test.  Those who clear their written exam are allowed to take the English/ Hindi typing test set for 15 minutes each.
