Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national capital on Monday.
The interaction, which lasted for more than an hour, revolved around a possible state cabinet reshuffle, the implementational progress on proposals/MoUs for investment received at the Rising Rajasthan Global Investors summit last year, and progress on various Centre funded or launched welfare schemes – programmes, official sources said.
Chief Minister Sharma has expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Modi for required cooperation and support being extended by the Centre to the state in implementation of awelfare programmes and development projects, the sources said.
Sharma is also learnt to have extended an invitation to the prime minister for Pravasi Rajasthan Divas-2025 which is scheduled to be held on December 10 in Jaipur.
