A seminar, focusing on integrity and transparency in administration, was conducted on Thursday at the Divisional Railway Manager’s Office, Khurda Road Division as part of the observance of Vigilance Awareness Week
The seminar centered on vigilance-related aspects pertaining to the medical, stores, and accounts departments, aiming to foster a culture of honesty, accountability and ethical conduct within the organization. Staff dealing with Stores matters of various departments also attended the seminar.
Subhrajyoti Mandal, Additional Divisional Railway Manager (Infrastructure), Khurda Road Division graced the occasion and shared his insights on promoting vigilance as a vital component of good governance and efficient service delivery. He also gave valuable perspectives on operational transparency and infrastructural vigilance. Senior officials from the concerned departments actively participated and shared their views and suggestions during the session.
The event was coordinated by Ramesh Kamini, Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer (Stores), who emphasized the need for continual awareness and preventive vigilance measures across all functional areas.
