Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to arrive in Pachmarhi, the famous hill station of Madhya Pradesh, on Saturday afternoon, where he will address district presidents of the Madhya Pradesh Congress during the party’s ongoing training camp under the Sangathan Srajan Abhiyaan.
According to MP Congress President Jitu Patwari, Rahul Gandhi will also dine with the participants and stay overnight in Pachmarhi.
Patwari said that Gandhi is taking a day off from electioneering in Bihar, where polls are currently underway, to attend the Madhya Pradesh programme and interact with the newly appointed district presidents.
He added that Rahul Gandhi will arrive in Bhopal from Bihar at 3:30 pm on Saturday, from where he will directly fly to Pachmarhi.
During his stay, Gandhi will dine and interact with party presidents and senior leaders before flying back to Bihar on Sunday.
The Congress party’s Sangathan Srajan Abhiyaan aims to strengthen its organisational structure at the grassroots level ahead of the 2028 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections.
