Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Madhya Pradesh on September 17, his 75th birthday, to launch several key initiatives aimed at promoting health, nutrition, and economic development in the state. The initiatives include the ‘Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar’ and ‘8th Rashtriya Poshan Maah’ campaigns, which will be organized from September 17 to October 2 across the country.

The Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone for the country’s first PM MITRA Park in Dhar, spread over 2,150 acres, equipped with world-class facilities, including a Common Effluent Treatment Plant and solar power plant.

The park is expected to generate nearly 3 lakh employment opportunities and significantly boost exports, with various textile companies committing investment proposals worth over Rs 23,140 crore.

The initiative will include a series of service-oriented activities in tribal regions, focusing on health, education, nutrition, skill development, livelihood enhancement, sanitation, water conservation, and environmental protection.

The Prime Minister will also distribute one crore Sickle Cell Screening and Counselling Cards for the state, furthering the nation’s collective fight against sickle cell anaemia.

The Prime Minister will also gift a sapling to a beneficiary of a women’s self-help group under the Ek Bagiya Maa Ke Naam initiative, promoting environmental conservation and women’s economic empowerment.
