KCR slams BJP, Modi over Kavitha’s arrest in Delhi liquor scam
He criticised Prime Minister Modi, alleging that Kavitha's arrest was a sign of political vendetta since they had tried to arrest BL Santosh for trying to bribe his MLAs.
Assembly elections will be held in Maharashtra in a single phase on October 21. Counting of votes will take place on October 24.
Ahead of the Maharashtra polls, Prime Minister Narandra Modi will address public rallies in Maharashtra’s Jalgaon and Sakoli today. He campaigns for the second consecutive term for the BJP-led government in the state. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will also address rallies today in Chandivali, Dharavi and Latur in the state.
Yesterday, in his tweet PM informed about the rallies in Maharashtra. he seeks five more years from the people of Maharashtra for BJP.

In the 288-member Assembly, BJP is contesting on 150 seats and Shiv Sena on 124. BJP’s allies are contesting on 14 seats in the state. Congress is contesting in alliance with NCP on 125 seats each in the state.
Assembly elections will be held in Maharashtra in a single phase on October 21. Counting of votes will take place on October 24 and the results will be out on the same day.
