Lok Sabha Election 2024, Phase 1: Voting on 102 seats underway

The short video shows how to stretch and flex the muscles to master the posture while advocating its health benefits.

The prime minister has been keenly promoting the International Yoga Day on social media.
He has in the past too, shared similar animated videos promoting different yoga postures.
Available in English and Hindi, the videos cover important yoga postures with instructions on how to practice them.
The UN declared June 21 as International Day of Yoga in 2014 after Modi called for the day to be declared as a global celebration of yoga.
