Padyatra from Delhi to Vrindavan from Nov 7 to 16 to make India a Hindu nation: Dhirendra Shastri

Hindu religious leader and Bagehswar Dham Peethadheeshwar, Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri

Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri visited and offered prayers at the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple on Saturday and announced the launch of a padyatra to promote the cause of a Hindu Rashtra.

After his visit to the temple, he proceeded to Satua Baba Ashram at Manikarnika Ghat.

“I have performed the Jalabhishek (holy water ritual) of Baba Vishwanath with the wish to make India a Hindu nation, “Shastri said while speaking to the mediapersons.

“The padyatra will be organized from November 7 to November 16, starting from Delhi and ending in Vrindavan. The aim of this march is to “promote social harmony across the country and declare India a Hindu nation,” he said.

He emphasized that world peace can only be established by promoting Sanatan Dharma. He warned, “if India wants to avoid situations like those in Nepal and Bangladesh, it must be declared a Hindu nation.” For this, he called for an “ideological revolution and even suggested that Nepal should be declared a Hindu nation with a monarchy.”

Shastri also praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for promoting Sanatani traditions. He said that Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham and the grand temple of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya are the centers of Hindu faith.

He urged the citizens of the country, especially Hindus, to awaken. According to Shastri, Prime Minister Modi has placed the country on the path of development by focusing on various sectors including sports, social welfare, economic growth, and the promotion of Sanatan Dharma.
