Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav on Sunday strongly criticised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for repeatedly raising unnecessary questions about the country’s institutions.
“Rahul Gandhi unnecessarily questions our armed forces, the Election Commission, the Supreme Court, and High Courts,” the CM said while addressing an event in Morena.
“If you (Rahul Gandhi) have no trust in anything, then why are you living in this democracy?” the CM asked.
“You should go to your maternal grandparents, as this place is not meant for you,” Dr Yadav remarked.
The CM accused Rahul Gandhi and the opposition of engaging in continuous conspiracies by questioning India’s surgical strikes and the Election Commission.
“Rahul Gandhi keeps saying we do not know where India dropped bombs during the surgical strikes on Pakistan. He should have gone there and sat when the bombs were dropped; then he would have known!” Dr Yadav asserted.
Meanwhile, the BJP Mahila Morcha took out a symbolic funeral procession of Rahul Gandhi, followed by burning his effigy in Bhopal.
Leaders and workers of the Mahila Morcha held placards demanding a public apology from Rahul Gandhi.
Addressing the gathering, BJP Mahila Morcha state president Maya Naroliya said, “Women will not tolerate disrespect anymore. We want to ask Rahul Gandhi, will you continue insulting mothers and sisters like this?”
