10.67% electoral cast votes in Rajasthan’s 12 LS constituencies till 9 am
The polling began in 24,370 polling stations at 7 am and will last till 6 pm.
Bahuhan Samaj Party ( BSP) supremo Mayawati has blamed Congress, BJP as well as Samajwadi Party for cheating the backwards and dalits in giving them reservation from time to time.
In a series of tweets on Thursday, the BSP chief wrote,”The Congress government in the past did not allow the implementation of the Mandal Commission’s report on reservation for backward castes. Along with this SC, ST reservation was also made ineffective and now, BJP is also following the footsteps of Congress in this matter. This attitude is very serious.”
She further said,”The SP government also did not give full rights especially to the most backward. SC & ST reservation in promotion had been abolished by them while they tore the Bill related to this in the Parliament and did not allow it to be passed. People of all these classes should be careful with SP.”

Mayawati said BSP had given SCs, STs as well Backwards the rights of reservation when it was in power in UP . But now people should be aware of the double faces of these political parties.
