Omar Abdullah set to meet LG to stake claim for govt formation in J&K
National Conference (NC) leader Omar Abdullah will meet Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha in Srinagar and stake claim to form a government in Jammu and Kashmir.
Addressing media persons after dedicating to the nation the strategic Ujh bridge in Kathua district of Jammu Division, Rajnath asked separatists and other Kashmiri leaders to come forward to the negotiating table for finding a peaceful solution to the Kashmir issue.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday stressed that the problem of Kashmir will get solved soon and no power on earth can stop India from finding a solution of the long-pending issue.
Addressing media persons after dedicating to the nation the strategic Ujh bridge in Kathua district of Jammu Division, Rajnath asked separatists and other Kashmiri leaders to come forward to the negotiating table for finding a peaceful solution to the Kashmir issue.
He said that people who are running a movement in Kashmir should come forward and talk to the government so that the solution of the problems and grievances which they are having can be found out.

Referring to his numerous appeals as Home Minister for talks to all those raking up Kashmir issue, Singh recalled that how Hurriyat leaders did not open their doors for visiting members of the all-party delegation once led by him to the Valley.
“Resolution of Kashmir issue is bound to take place and no power on earth can stop it,” he said.
He reiterated that Jammu and Kashmir will again be made a paradise on earth. Rajnath Singh hailed the Army for successfully tackling the menace of terrorism in Kashmir Valley. He said that the government wants rapid development in Jammu and Kashmir.
He inaugurated two bridges built by the Border Roads Organisation at Ujh in Kathua and Basantar in Samba district. The bridge over the Ujh river in Kathua was constructed at a cost of Rs 50 crore. It is the longest bridge constructed by BRO so far.
