The Jaipur Literature Festival has announced the launch of JLF Valladolid, Spain, taking place between June 11 and 14, 2026. This marks a key cultural milestone as both countries celebrate 2026 as the India-Spain Dual Year of Culture, Tourism, and Artificial Intelligence, commemorating 70 years of diplomatic relations.

The announcement was made here Sunday evening by Sanjoy K Roy, Managing Director, Teamwork Arts, alongside Spanish cultural leaders Blanca Jiménez, Guillermo, and Antonio Largo.

They highlighted the growing literary and cultural exchange between the two nations. Speakers positioned JLF Valladolid as a new international platform for dialogue across literature, the arts, and ideas, reflecting a shared heritage, people-to-people ties, and future-facing collaboration in tourism and innovation.

The festival will be held in Valladolid from June 11 to 14 and will form part of a year-long programme of joint initiatives between India and Spain.
